THE RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCE WAIKIKI BEACH, are definitely the best hotel with everything, they exceed our expectations my little family and I, Welcome gifts for my daughter 10th Birthday, every day one gift until we go. We stay for 7 night. Room clean every day, change everything for toilets, me daughter receive a gift from front desk, from pools team, and from restaurants team for our Birthdays dinner. Aw just exceptional, chocolate for my kids in the room every day, check after me and my family if everything is good, from 2pm to 2:30pm free fresh ice cream at the pools for kids and adults. Pool are 2 different, for adults and kids, service exceptional. Dinner and Breakfast at Restaurant ( LA VIE ) fresh and good quality of ingredients, very very perfect. We will definitely go back At THE RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCE WAIKIKI BEACH. Thank you for all your king attention to me and my family. Love you all.

From arrival, I knew we were going to have a great experience. We were greeted by two young men, both very courteous, who removed our luggage and directed us to the lobby for check in. At check in, another very courteous woman introduced herself and gave us a brief , " lay of the land" and let us know, if we needed anything to let her or staff know. The Ritz Carleton is located at the edge of Fancy Pants row...Louis Vitton, Prada, etc. set the tone., we loved it. The beach is a short walk, past the post office or through the park across the street. If you walk up Kalaimoku St. many more hotels, stores, shops, bars and eateries to enjoy. And if you walk long enough the beach road meets the beach, with a fantastic park along the way to stop and catch the sea breeze and rest, while looking at the ocean waves. Do stop in all the hotel lobby's along the way, nice shops and restaurants tucked inside many of the hotels. Be sure to explore the side streets, many interesting sights, sounds, and smells to enjoy. Our hotel room was the best ! Clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice. The kitchenette type set up was fantastic and the washer and dryer in the room was a great added bonus. We were on a great adventure, so we splurged, and we were glad we did.

I love how I was treated so warmly and I felt so taken care of during the week I stayed there. The staff cared about my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I have a comfortable stay. Room was clean, amenities were great, and restaurants had delicious food! Had the deluxe ocean view and the view was so beautiful.

Room was clean, new, spacious and had everything we needed with a toddler (tub, washer, dryer, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dining table, high chair, pack and play, and a room divider to separate the living from the bedroom). The kid pool was so much fun for our daughter. staff wer very friendly, helpful and professional. Safe and very convenient location.

I loved the customer service with front desk and valet. The room was amazing. Working oven and stove. Refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer. Great ocean view from my room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the toilet had a great addition of a heated seat. The pool views were amazing and I loved it wasn’t jam packed with people.

The facility was spotless and in a location close to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were quick to meet all of our needs and requests. Our trip was part vacation and part solemn occasion. We had an at sea burial for a family member; the hotel staff were instrumental in assisting with locating a local company to make the arrangements. I would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Residences.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! We had one of the best experiences at Ritz-Carlton residence in Waikiki as our first time in Hawaii. We definitely feel very welcomed from the moment we stepped out of the airport pick up. The view from our one-bedroom ocean-view suite was spectacular. The service during our 7 day stay are as excellent as many international resorts worldwide we've been to. We normally travel to Bali or Phuket, within this price range, you can get a very nice ocean view villa with a private pool and 24 hours of Butler services. However, we decided on Hawaii this summer due to covid cases rising in Asia. To be honest, we didn't regret deciding on Ritz-Carlton. If you want to wonderful resort experience as your first long flight travel post-covid, please don't settle in for 3 or 4 stars hotels, you will be shocked how poorly some of their services are. We learned our lesson in a hard way. Enjoy your stay here! You will love it 💖🌺!
